Here I will post results within Triathlon.
There will also be running and biking results from my sports carrier.
The 27 of septemper, just before Ironman Barcelona I had a really bad crash on a downhill in Tuscany, Italy.
I hit my head very bad and vas unconscious for a long time and don't remember anything.
Some people found me in the middle of the road and called an ambulance.
I broke my neck(C5) and lost a lot of blood.
I am very grateful that I'am still alive and I stil can do what I love so much.
4-6 weeks with a spinal cord and I was back training again, start up with some short home trainer sessions.

After a 2017 season with three not completed competitions, it would normally be described as a failure. However, I am still incredibly proud and happy - because I have come back – come back after My lower back rupture that made me partially paralyzed in my left leg - This happened in the winter of 2015/16
